In attendance: 1st selectman Galen Larrabee, 2nd selectman Bruce Grass, 3rd selectman William Ingraham, and Town Clerk Mary Donley.
Approval of selectmen’s minutes from December 20, 2022, and January 3, 2023. Motion to accept by 3rd selectman William Ingraham, 2nd by 2nd selectman Bruce Grass. 3-0 in favor.
Discussion regarding vacation, holiday, and sick time based on days worked. Clerk/Tax collector= Seach, Admin= 4days, Treasurer= 4 days after 6 months when comes on permanent until that happens= 2 days.
Motion made by 2nd selectman Bruce Grass, 2nd by 3rd selectman William Ingraham motion passed 3-0 in favor.
Discussion regarding health insurance, Motion made to include in article at town meeting. 3-0 in favor.
Discussion regarding renewing contract with Pope Memorial for 1 year vs 3 year. 1.45 per capita for 1 year, 1.40 for 3 years with no increase allowed. Motion made to accept 3-year contract by 3rd selectman William Ingraham, motion 2nd by 2nd selectman Bruce Grass. 3-0 in favor.
Discussion regarding bleachers for the ballfield, and electronic sign for the town using ARAP funds. Discussed time frame to get and if we should hold a Special Town Meeting:
