Petition Papers are available for the 2026 Third Selectman Election. The papers are due back to the office with 25 signatures 02.03.2026 by the end of the business day. The election will be held 03.03.2026 from 8am-6pm.

About Knox Maine

The Town of Knox, a small rural community set among rolling hills and farmland, is named for General Henry Knox, the first United States Secretary of War. Situated on the northeastern corner of the Eastern Mid-Coast region, the town is thirteen miles from Belfast, thirty-six miles from Bangor, forty miles from Rockland, and thirty-eight miles from Augusta, which is the state capital.
